Do I need to register on your website in order to place an order?

It is not compulsory to register on our website to place an order. You can purchase anything as a Guest User if you haven’t registered. However, you should have a valid email ID. We recommend you to create your account by registering so that it becomes easier for you to track your orders and check your shopping history.

How to place order on your website?

Placing an order on oculusindia.com  is really a simple process and doesn’t take more than a minute. Here are a few quick steps to shop on our site:

Type www.oculusindia.com  on your web browser and hit enter.

Browse the website by product categories, promotions or products displayed on the homepage. You can also use the search bar to find any product quickly without browsing through the categories.

Click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ when your order is complete. If you are a registered member on oculusindia.com , you can login with your username and password or else you can create your account there itself. In case you don’t wish to register you can proceed further with the ‘Guest User’ option.

You would be required to fill your Shipping and Billing addresses.

Choose a payment option you would like to use to make the payment from the various options available and click on ‘Place Order’. Follow the instructions that appear on your screen to complete the ordering process.

Once the payment process is complete, you would get an order number for your transaction.

Placing an order with www.oculusindia.com is easy and simple.

Step 1 – Browse through our wide range of products or just search for your desired product on our quick, powerful search placed at the header of every webpage. Use the dropdown menu to choose in a particular category.

Step 2 – While browsing the catalogue, you can select the product you wish to buy in your shopping , review the product and click on Buy Now on the product detail page.

Step 3 –Your selected product/s will show in your shopping , you can add the quantity or remove the product from your shopping ,To continue shopping, please click on the bar at the left side or proceed to checkout by clicking on the bar at the right hand side.

Step 4 – You can either be logged in or shop by selecting the product , proceed to checkout or choose Guest Checkout, kindly provide us your email id and contact number, the billing and shipping address and proceed to review your order.

Step5 – Please review your order details and proceed with payment. Payment method details are given in our Payments & Returns link in the Help section at the footerof our webpage.

Step 6 –After payment completion you will be directed to the Order Acknowledgement page showing all the order details and the unique order number used to track your order.

Can I cancel a confirmed order?

You may cancel your order placed on oculusindia.com  if it has not been processed or approved by us. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

What are different stages/statuses in Order Processing?

Various stages an order goes through are:

Pending: This is the first stage of any order. It indicates that the payment has not been processed by the Gateway. This stage would also appear for the order in case you log out at the time of making payment on the payment gateway page or the internet connection is lost while processing payment.

Processing: This confirms that the payment for the order has been accepted. However, other logistics points are being checked.

Delivered: Your order has cleared all checks and is ready for the shipment.

Dispatched: The order is shipped through our third party Courier partners. The details of the shipment are mentioned on the ‘Variables Updated’ section in the order form.

Cancelled: An Order may be cancelled due to a variety of reasons. The reason is mentioned in the ‘Variables Updated’ column in the order form.

Returned: The products shipped have been returned by the consignee back to the seller.

How can I check my order’s status?

You can check the status of your order by clicking on the ‘Track your Order’ link on our website. Alternatively, if you are a registered member, visit the ‘My Account’ link and click on ‘Order Status’. You can track your order by selecting My Orders in My Account section, simply click on the order number and you will be provided with all the details of shipment and status. We also have a Track Your Order button at the header of our webpage, simply click on that and provide us with your order number, your email id would already be entered, just click on Submit and you will be provided with all the details of shipment and status.

How do I register on oculus.com?

You can register at oculus.com by following any one of the following simple ways:-

  1. By clicking Register on Home page.

Simply enter your “Email Address”, create and confirm a “Password” to create your oculus online account.

After filling these mandatory fields, just click on “Proceed” to finish your Registration.

You can review and/or update your account information by selecting Update Profile, update your beneficiary address details in Address Book and have an overview of your account details by selecting Overview.

As a registered member you can now enjoy the following benefits:

Express Checkout – Sign In and proceed to checkout for quick ordering

Order History – Review the details of your order history and status.

Address Book – Create and save addresses of your family and friends for faster checkout.

Update Profile – make updates in your account registration details, even change the password.

While you confirm your order in oculus’s shopping , click on “Checkout” to proceed to the Email Login page.

On the Email Login page, enter your “Email Address” which you wish to keep for oculus online account and click on “Proceed” to register.

The password for your oculus online account will be sent to you through email. To change your password, please see “My Account” after Login.

What if I forget my account password, or wish to change it?

If you forget your oculus online account password, just follow these simple steps:-

Click Login on Home page.

Enter your email address in the Login box, click on “Forgot Password” tab. You would now be sent a dummy password.

Please use this dummy password at Login to visit your Account. Once logged in you can change your password from “My Account”.

If you wish to change your oculus online account password, please follow these simple steps:-

Click Login on Home page.

Visit the “My Account” page from the top of the website.

You can now change your password by providing details, “Email Address”, “Password”, New Password” and “Confirm New Password”.

How do I shop for an item on oculusmultitrade.com?

Shopping at oculus.com is very easy. Once you click on the product you wish to purchase, follow these steps:-

Enter the Pin code of the address you wish to ship on the Pin code check page and click on “Proceed” to continue.

You would be taken to the Email login page if your delivery location is currently serviceable by us. Enter your Login details as requested and click on “Proceed” to go to your shipping details page.

On the Shipping Information page, enter the details of your delivery address and click on “Dispatch to this address” to see your order summary.

On the Order summary page, if the details are as per your expectations, click on “Proceed to payment” to go to Payment Information page.

On the payment page, choose a suitable payment option from Credit card, Debit card and Net banking. Click on “Pay now” after filling your payment details and confirm your payment.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive order details on website, email, and sms.

Can I book multiple orders at once?

Sure! Multiple orders can be booked at one single time by simply adding them to your shopping . However, each order booked is subject to your delivery Pin Code being serviced by our delivery partners.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Can I order any number of quantities of a particular item?

Of course! You can order any number of quantities for a particular item. The order limit, however, will be subject to the availability of stock at the time of placing the order.

Can I buy online and pick delivery from the nearest oculus store?

Yes, in your cart, please select Store Pickup as delivery mode to buy online and pick up at the store.

If I am not satisfied with my purchase, can I cancel or return my purchase?

Yes, you can cancel or return a home delivery order. You can cancel the order but a 2% cancellation charge would be levied which are the charges that bank charge us. Your return request will be processed once your order is in ‘Delivery in Progress’ stage. Once you receive the order you can return it within 15days from the date of receipt. In case it is defective, damaged, dead on arrival or what you have ordered is what you have not get.

How will I be reimbursed for the products I have cancelled or returned?

All the payment reversals or refunds will be completed as per our Cancellations policy. The amount to be refunded will be processed to your bank account/card account within 3 working days. The payment will however reach your bank account based on your individual banks payment reversal processing timeline.

How do I make payment on oculus.com?

Do you provide Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option? How can I buy using COD option?

Yes, oculus.com offers an option to pay Cash on Delivery for your orders.

Here are steps to place an order using Cash On Delivery option:

You can select ‘Cash on Delivery’ option while placing the order.

Once the order is verified within 24 hours, your order will be automatically placed and an email/sms will be sent to you.

On receiving your consignment, please pay the invoice amount in cash to the courier delivery person.
